REQUESTING OUR SERVICES

If you would like to request our services at one of your events, please EMAIL us with the following information:

1. Date
2. Location
3. Sport/Event
4. Ages of participants (if necessary)
5. Start and approximate finish times
6. And any other pertinent information

We will respond with 72 hours if we are able to attend. Please remember that our entire staff is comprised of volunteers and, therefore, cannot accept every request. Please send your request 7 days prior to the event for adequate planning.

**If you are not the event organizer, coach, etc, please be sure that whoever is in charge is ok with one of our photographers coming before you request us. If you are the away team/group, please contact the home team/group first to get permission.**
