I apologize that the video was not shown at this year's banquet. Unfortunately I had the wrong date for the banquet. Because of this, I have extended the pre-order deadline until Friday, November 21st. If you already ordered the video, it will be mailed at no cost to you (even if you paid for shipping - the $5 will be refunded to you).
